Swedish/Deep Tissue
A whole body massage using oils or cremes to facilitate treatment, move blood and soft tissue. Deep tissue is a powerful and good pain, many pressure points are pressed using thumbs, forearms, fists and elbows.
Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese healing art based on the same principles as Acupunture, however thumb and palm pressure are used following the body's meridians rather than needles. A lot of stretching of the soft tissue is also used as well as ROM sequences. Client should be dressed in comfortable clothing (yoga type).
Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the concept that each part of the body is mirrored on the feet. It is performed using small thumb movements on the feet to stimulate different organ functions, and is very relaxing.
